Can i change my cingular contract for free?

We want to go from a 700 minute familyshare to a 550 minute familyshare. will that cost us anything? Will we have to extend our 2 year contract? also do we loose our rollover minutes?

to downgrade you would have to extend your contract for another 2 yrs.

you can change if it's a change to a more expensive plan. they don't go the other way... believe me, I KNOW!!

They won't go the other way. In some cases they have, very rarely but you will lose your roll overs. When is your contract up? I might be able to help you find something from another carrier that has the price and minutes you want. If you'd like me to take a look, email me.
