Tale of Michael Vick

Prologue
1- I was sitting in the cell, talking to a mate
Reminiscing on my horrible fate
Reflecting back on my glorious days
Now in my cell I can no longer play
5- Counting my time till my sentence is up
Man I wish that I did not kill those pups


Here is my story my name is Michael Vick
Straight out of Virginia Tech I was the number 1 pick
Playing for the Falcons I was the NFL star
10- I had all the money, girls, and the fancy car
With all these great things I still wanted more
Money on my mind everything else I ignored
A call from my cousin my life was changed
He wanted to start dog fighting, which I thought was strange
15- It started early in the year 2001
We bought bout 60 dogs, and it had begun
It was me, my cousin, and a few of his friends
We all rolled up in my brand new Mercedes -Benz
Bought a house on 1915 Moonlight Road
20- Where the dog fighting started and no one was showed
I bought the house for dog fighting only
And now I’m in the cell all pissed and lonely
You used to see me throwin them footballs

But after I get outta jail imam be slingin them 8balls
25-Thought it was gonna’ be secret, Thought it was gonna’ be straight
Then I got busted by the cops and it changed my fate
Usually you hear people going from Rags to Riches
But for me it went from Pimp to havin’ no bitches
I still play football, just not in the NFL
30-I play with a bunch of criminals at jail
Im supposed to get out in December 2009
But I probably wont ever again play in between those lines
I want to get out of here soon, I pray and I hope
I want to get out of here before I drop the soap

Not bad. Clean it up a little. Like where you say Michael Vick, it might sound better just saying Vick. The same way with years. Instead of December 2009, you could say 12-09 or december 09. Try to keep everything more even. Overall very good though.
