Vista Sucks ! Helpp!?

My desktop wont even load !
It say "User screen cannot be loaded" then has a black screen with recycle bin and my comp links, with an ancient windows 98 theme!
And half the time it wont even make it to the welcome screen it just repeats the same paragraph of white letters on the black screen when it loads !
Please your answers will help ! DX

For the record it an acer notebook laptop.

Check out the acer's support section.

See if there's a way to reset the computer to an earlier working time. I have a dell, so it might be diff, but my compter gives me an option to do that when it has issues.
