If i want to download microsoft xp
and one of the requirement is
* CPU Type: Intel Pentium II

If my CPU is Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 Quad-Core Socket LGA775, 2.50 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB, 4MB L2 Cache, 45nm

does that mean i cant download microsoft xp unless i find a way to change the core to Pentium II?

You dont use your Vocabulary well.
>Installing Windows XP means you already have purchased Windows xp CD and would like to put it in your computer.
>Downloading means you want XP illegally. Remember you can install xp only if you buy the original CD. Downloading is completely illegal and may get you to jail.

The computer core is not important. As long as you have more than 256mb ram, it doesnt matters. Else you are stuck with whatever you are having
