i am wondering that if i put a stun gun up against metal would it travel through the metal causing the metal to carry the current?? and if i hooked a fuse to the metal would it blow the fuse??

A stun gun probably uses a charge pump of some sort that can supply very little current. A short would completely cause the voltage to drop. I would think it would carry a small amount of current but not enough to blow a fuse.
