Uh oh, did I overeat?? Please answer, even if you don't know a lot about nutrition.?

breakfast 6:00AM: fiber one brain cereal with one banana and almond milk(regular milk substitute)
lunch 10:30AM: ham sandwich on wholewheat bread
    2nd lunch 1215PM: PB&J on whole wheat
after school 2:20PM: strawberries with sugar, 2 apples, some fruit loops, and this bean tomato kielbasi soup my mom made, and one piece of hershey chocolate

Does this seem like a lot, because I feel ver full right now, and I am trying that 5 small meal thing to lose weight. Should I go run right now..?? I run 6 times a day, and today is my day off, and IDK if I ate to much. It is 6:46 now, I don't think I will eat anymore, I finished eating about 2:45

You do not 'overeat', but you could do with cutting out one of the two sandwiches. The mid-morning snack at 10.30am (ham sandwich) could be replaced by some fruit and some nuts or seeds, or a light salad - either of these is a lighter option.

Also, try having more vegetables with your lunch, as peanut butter and jelly will be pretty bad for you in the long term. You are feeling full because you eat too many bready meals which your stomach cannot handle - think about replacing all those sandwiches with lighter, less starchy options. Say, a chicken salad or a turkey wrap is a better choice.
