Question about my TEEN diet? Any help!?

I am working towards 7% body fat (now I have 12%). I am 15 years old, 138 pounds, and 5'8. Here's what my nutrition diary states:

Total calories: 1,631
Total protein: 101.4 grams (405.6 calories)
Total carbs: 185.9 grams (743.6 calories)
Total fat: 53.2 grams (478.8 calories)
Total sugar: 55.3 grams (55.3 calories)

I work out 6 times a week for an hour, plus any time I spend outside.
