Telus (Customer Service-Client Care (call center) Hiring Process)?

Hi,

I just received a response for the job listed above that I need to go in on Monday for a Pre-employment assessment. After which if I do well I will be interviewed by a manager.

Can anyone let me know in detail a bit of what to expect on the testing, what type of questions they may ask in the interview and how long it usually takes after the last step for you to find out weither you have been hired.

TELUS interviews will focus on 2 things usually, Product Knowlege, and a Behavioural based interview, you know the crazy situational type questions.

i can't give you any specific questions that they will ask, cause they have like a billion to chose from, but there are many many websites dedicated to this type of interview.

The one thing they are going to be looking for is how you will work in the call center enviroment. IE, Shift work, having your metrics measured in a "high preformance" enivroment, being low man on the totem pole for vactation selection, etc.
