Does anyone remember how this ghost story went?

When I was little, my grandma used to tell me a ghost story that started with "It was a dark, dark night......in a dark dark (something)" It had a few lines with dark dark and I can't remember any of it. Just the first. Can you help me? The ending I think was cute but I don't think it was this one i found about having to pee. It said something else at the end. Please help.
