What T.V show/cartoon had a character who said the phrase cool beans (not full

There was this chick on Big Brother, the reality show and cannot remember her name (Nickomus?) but she was kinda punk-goth and she said "cool beans" and after that aired, it was like the new catch phrase for about 5 minutes. That was about 4 or so years ago. Peace

I don't know..........but that's so weird....that use to be my sisters favirite saying allllllllllllll the time. She was the only person I knew who said that all her life..........

and she was saying it since she was a kid........so it's got to be from way back. Sorry, I don't know the source.....except for my sister......but that doesn't help ya, I know.
