house with character? Modern house- Cookie cutter house made in a modern development.

Older house- from the early to mid 1900s or even older Victorian style houses, or an older plantation mansion from the south.

Older house, I love Colonials and Victorian style houses I think they have so much character and charm.

I enjoy history and color.

Most new houses in developments are bland, boring and colorless.
