Yes, but lasting longer is bed is not correlated with pumping iron.

yes, but not just pumping iron, aerobic exercise as well, what ever makes her feel good about herself so she feels more confident and exudes sensuality.

Yes, I like an energetic woman that pumps iron in the gym. It is kind of nice when a woman has enough thrust in bed when she is BOB ing me and giving it to me hard. Sometimes I like to be dominated by my woman in bed and I like to dominate just depends on the mood I guess.

I bet you are very strong and could really dominate me in the sack huh?

I wouldn't want my wife or girlfriend to be as strong as me.But a consistent light workout,with exercise and dieting would work wonders in the bed.Plus, a little romance and 4play wouldn't hurt.
