1)install itunes if you don't have it
2)in itunes, go to File>Import Folder>and go to your Limewire music folders>click on the one you want>hit enter or click import>repeat until you have all the music you want.
Itunes automatically copies and converts the files for you, so they will still be in limewire if you need them in mp3.
edit:this and itunes are totally free (you don't have to pay to use itunes, only to download stuff from it)
Some programs can sync with ipods, but they have less quality, less trustworthiness, etc.
