What I know is that for all the fruits and veg you eat, at least half should be dark green veggies. Also, be careful with the really sweet fruits, strawberries, pineapple. They contain more sugar than apples, bananas, oranges.

That is absolutely fine. It doesn't matter whether it's fruit or veg, you can combine or just eat the fruit or the veg if you want. It's always good if you can choose a variety of colours though too such as bananas, strawberries, oranges etc. Also always remember to drink at least 2 litres (7-8 glasses) of water a day. Water can come from fruit juices, fruits and other foods, it doesn't just have to be plain water.
