healthy eating and weight?

ok so iv been eating really healthy and exercising 5 hours a week, i felt proud, so i weighed in before bed and was pleased, i had lost 3lb this week, but i weighed myself this morning an them 3lb had gone back on, whats going on??(i did not eat neither after i weighed myself,i don't eat after 6.30pm).
 
Your weight naturally goes up and down a few pounds every day. It all depends on certain factors. If you want as accurate a reading as possible, try to weigh yourself at the same time every day. However, I wouldn't judge my health simply on a scale number.

It is possible that during all that exercise you gained muscle, which weighs more than fat. If that is the case, don't judge yourself on BMI, because there are often perfectly healthy people classified as overweight because of their muscle.
