after my chimchar does the final scratch attack the game freezes but the emulator is still running so what am i supposed to do to fix this problem

just replace the TM scratch with a new TM,

Pokemon Diamond Solution to the "freezing" problem when the starter poke beats starly

All you have to do is go to Option > Emulation Setup > Look at The Sound Output Mode > It says none (fastest ) > Change it to Digital Mono (fast). It works. trust me. i helped a lot of ppl with this!
