I'm looking for a program that can convert vob (dvd) files into avi (with an xvid codec) that can allow me to choose what file size(e.g 500mb) I want the video to be by using variable bit rates.I cannot find any that fit this description and the lame ones i tried aren't very accurate in creating the right file's size.

Please recommend me one that i can download. does not matter if it's commercial, shareware or freeware
