Lately, my car doesn't want to seem to turn over when I start it, it takes longer to turn over/start. I purchased and installed a new battery, and it still does it.

In addition, my heat doesn't seem to want to turn on right right. I find myself having to adjust the heating controls repeatedly in order for the heat to come on, and this even after "warming" the car up. Its about 30 degrees right now, and I don't like getting into a cold car..... HELP!!!

Put on a coat, thick long pants, long socks, or longjohns. A colder night takes longer to overcome. Engines have to have time to heat up. A weak battery will be weaker when its cold and iffy connections act up more when its cold and wet. Clean the battery cables and make sure they're tight. Same thing for a weak and worn starter. It is going to be harder to turn over in the cold.
