I would say no!! Our digestive system struggles to digest nuts, yours must be struggling with that amount everyday! However, in moderation they are really good for you. 5 table spoons seems way too much to me
a serving size (2 tbsp) is on average 180 cals, and 12-14 g of good fat.
It also has a fair amount of protein for that much. If you exercise a lot, you'll be okay. BTW 5 tbsp is 450 calories.
ABSOLUTELY no problem! You can supplement it with three or four bananas and be very healthy. You need nothing else for health but it is a difficult diet to follow. Don't forget to drink plenty of water.
