    Is it healthy to eat 5 table spoons of peanut butter a day?

    i go to the gym aswell and do weight lifting

    I would say no!! Our digestive system struggles to digest nuts, yours must be struggling with that amount everyday! However, in moderation they are really good for you. 5 table spoons seems way too much to me

    a serving size (2 tbsp) is on average 180 cals, and 12-14 g of good fat.

    It also has a fair amount of protein for that much. If you exercise a lot, you'll be okay. BTW 5 tbsp is 450 calories.

    i am like addicted to peanutbutter and i eat about 10 table spoons a day so 5 sounds good to me lol

    I don't see anything wrong with it,peanut butter is also good for depression.

    its good... the fat in it is the good kind not the heart clogging one and it has a good amount of protein

    Yes, it's good protein, just get the natural with no sugar added and you should be good.
