Where can I get a cd-rom for the Tmobile Wing?

My friend has a tmobile wing and he needs to install the update to use the internet. But when he bought the phone from someone else, they didn't give him the cd room that you need for the computer to read the phone. When we hook the phone up to the computer, it tells us that we need a disk. But where can we either find a disc for free or download what we need?
I tried T-Mobile's website but because we don't have the initial installation disc (to sync the phone with the computer), it won't let us do anything.
