How can i buy a 16gb iphone for only $200 so i dont have to pay for a plan, unlock it and Convert it to verizon so i can have a great phone without crappy at&t connection (no offense to at&t people, verizon was just rated better)

I AM NOT LOOKING FOR YES YOU CAN OR NO YOU CANT ANSWERS. I WOULD LIKE INSTRUCTIONS OR A SITE TO GET INSTRUCTIONS!!!

No, you cannot convert a GSM designed phone to CDMA network Verizon even after unlock. Instead you can get an iPhone with Verizon. Still if you want to purchase a GSM iPhone, you can do so and use it with other GSM networks after unlocking.
