Currently have 4 PC's in my household - all are able to connect to the internet via my Wireless router.

* Personal Desktop ( Vista )
* Music Desktop ( Win 98 )
* Work Laptop (XP)
* Wifes Laptop (Vista)

I would like to setup so that I can share files between the two desktops only. How can I go about this? I tried using the network setup wizard with no luck.... none of the computers can find one of the others.

Help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Bit weird that the network setup wizard did not work.

Main elements of setup:

Ensure that the PCs you want to connect are in the same WorkGroup and change to match if necessary.

Switch on file and printer sharing (or File Sharing in Vista)

Share a folder by right clicking it and choose "sharing".

You should check file sharing permissions and "network discovery" in The "Network and Sharing Center" in Vista
