So I'm trying to find some rims that will make my car look good. It's a black, 2004 Mazda3 sedan. Right now I'm kinda looking for something cheap yet attractive. Something like these:

I think I'm gonna put them in some Nexen n3000 tires also...so what do you think? What are some rims that you recommend? Should they be chrome or black? And should they be 17 or 18 inches? I want the rims to be proportional to the car...I'm into the tuner look...not too low and low profile tires...
