Shelton Benjamen. Hurricane Helms. Charlie Haas. Jamie Noble (I think he is close to being released). And I know she's a Diva but Victoria. There's tons more though, all the good cruiserweights are being released since theres nowhere for them in the WWE which sucks. x
Shelton Benjamin he's been a great United States Champion and is one of the most underrated superstars on the WWE roster. His in ring ability is superb and he can cut a decent a promo.

CM Punk, yeah he's been WHC, but he is not in the main event picture. He needs a good push and build to be able to be looked at as a main eventer, and get over well with the fans. Hopefully if he wins the IC belt they'll give him a good run with the belt that has a nice push along with it.
