k guys i really need some help here,
i m 17years old around 5'10 feet and 55kgs of weight.
i wanted to know if any of u know how to get a strong,flexible,fast and light body in 3months.
the body I want is like a fighters body, a body which is strong flexible and fast and yeah the main part being thin !

any of u know a routine how to get this plz post it down,

or if u have any other routine which is more than 3months then also post it plz !
