how to graph a bell curve using TI-83 Plus calculator?

I have problem buliding a Normal Distribution Curve?
Does anyone know how to graph? I am using the TI-83 Plus graphing calculator.
Could anyone tell me the steps?

ARe you shading between two x values (or z values)
then go to 2nd( VARS) which is the DISTR, right arrow to Draw then select 1: ShadeNorm(

put in the x-values shading between, the mean and the st.dev
shadenorm(x1,x2, u, r) be sure to close the )

then set your window parameters, use x min and max to cover our data spread, then ymin set at about -.1 and y max about .5. Scale whatever you want. You may have to play with the mins and max a bit.
