I got into a wreck and I dont know what to do.....HELP!!!?

So I got into a wreck where I was hit by a U Haul truck. I was hit at a corner where there is a big building where you have to come out some past the corner to see if there is someone coming. So after looking both ways I pulled out a little, I mean a little, to see if something was coming and that's when the truck literally came out of nowhere and hit me. He took my car about a half a block up the road. But, I was ticketed for not stopping at the stop sign in which I did and not having insurance. Now Im guilty for that because I was driving my fiance car in which I was not insured on but he has full coverage. What am I to do because I honestly feel as if I was not at fault for the accident. I mean the officers didn't even get my statement or anything. So I'm asking y'all, what should I do??? Thanks in advance!!!

at fault you didnt see big truck you pulled into road. guilty what you do is what everyone else does in this case cry about it an dhope to get back in a car soon
