I was at 95.01% downloaded, when all of the sudden it dropped to 94.71%. Furthermore, uploading and downloading has all but stopped dead. My max dl is 1 kb/s.
I'm using Transmission

How is it that my percentage completion for a torrent is actually decreasing?
