    How do i black out the emblems on the back of my car?

    I have an '09 toyota corolla and i was wondering how i can take off the emblems on the back of the car and black them out and then put them back on.

    use a hair dryer to heat, pull off, paint, auto supply for adhesive

    You'll need some sandpaper, Krylon Fusion spray paint (or something similar) and an all weather glue (you might be able to find some at an auto parts store).

    1) Carefully pry the badges off of the car.
    2) Sand them down. You should at least rough up the surface if not remove all the fake chrome.
    3) Spray the emblems and let dry.
    4) Carefully glue them back on.
