Can people that have cancer that need to be "vegan", are they able to eat fish and

dairy? A family member had to turn vegan because he has cancer and if you become a vegan the cells won't grow. So we were wondering if he was able to eat fish and dairy, it doesn't matter if it's good for the environment we were just wondering if he could eat this. Thanks!
 
no. dairy is not vegan. fish is not even vegetarian. he cannot eat either of these things. if he was a normal meat-eater, you need to do some research since it's going to be a big change...
