My picture/video messaging wont work for my new t mobile phone..help?

i just bought the T-mobile Galaxy and i put my chip in from my old phone..now idk why but pic messaging wouldnt work on the old phone either but my brother whos on the same plan has a razor and his works just fine..so i dont get it i pay for it idk why it doesnt work..anyone think they know why?

You need to call T-mobile and ask them about it. It is quite possible that it requires a special internet feature that you currently do not have
