Religions and spiritual paths are all paths to the same end -- connection with deity (deities), spiritual satisfaction and, hopefully, enlightenment (doesn't always happen, unfortunately). No one path is true and correct for every single person on Earth.
A Christian is someone who has a relationship with Christ. A lot of people claim to be a lot of things but no religion is true. Just one profound relationship with the Creator of the Universe that is open access to anyone.
