Vacation to South Beach, Cancun, or Hawaii?

A couple of my buddies and I are looking at traveling to one of these places during late July. We'll all be 18. We're planning on taking a week vacation. Which place would you recommend going to, and why? Thanks for your help!

South Beach all the way. You're going to have the best time of your life.Hot clubs and girls.

Hawaii is a very beautiful place but you can see about everything in a day and it's extremely expensive. I would go to cancun all the way, it's just as beautiful and way cheaper.

If you want to get into clubs or drink, then go to Cancun. The legal drinking age is 18. Even if you don't want to drink, you won't be able to get into many clubs/bars in South Beach or Hawaii.

Cancun is also less expensive.
