Can you give me some advice on my workout routine/supplements?

This is what I have been doing for the past few weeks and I was wondering if you had any advice on it, if I need to change anything.

Tuesday: back/biceps
Thursday: chest/triceps
Sunday: legs/shoulders
I do 3-4 exercises for each muscle groups
ex) for back: chin ups, dumbbell rows, lat pulldowns, sitting row machine

On three of my off days, i do cardio. I run like 2-3 miles on those days and then do some weighted decline bench ab sets. I recently heard about high intensity interval training, and was wondering what you think about it.

I'm not very advanced, I'm 16 years old, and should I just do total body workouts?

The supplements I take are Creatine Monohydrate, Whey Protein, and Fish Oil. I take some shakes like 2-3 times a day, Creatine every day when I wake up and after my workouts, and Fish Oil with my breakfast. Any suggestions on supplements?

My diet has been getting pretty good, I stick to more protein than fat foods, and try to keep it well-balanced, but I'm all ears so if you have any advice on what to eat please share it.
