Alrightttt, so one of my friends is having a huge party next weekend and the theme is "dress like a celebrity". I don't have money to spend, so buying costumes is out of the question, unfortunately. Any ideas? I have long dark hair, dark eyes, tan, i'm petite...HELP! :-/
