How do you get the Bugatti Veyron and the Audi R8 in Midnight Club LA for 360?

its called Social Club, i don't know much about it, but i heard you go to midnightclubla.com(or whatever the site is) and register in social club. then you have to beat the 12/12 challenges.

i dint know if that made much since
