I am not in a bad shape with extra fat at stomach, only problem is with my obliques. These give a very odd look when I wear fitting clothes. I am doing twister (with feet) and twister with rod at shoulders. But to no avail. I accessed a number of web too, but I do not understand sequence, duration, number of reps.
