I made a big mistake. And I need some help.?

I have a problem with cutting myself. I'm addicted to pain I suppose. A few hours ago I took a bobby pin and scratched my leg, I didn't bleed that much, but the lines won't go away. They are red and slightly raised. I need to make them dissapperar as fast as I can. If my boyfriend sees them, he will freak out, and dump me. I am really disappointed about what I did. Do you have any soultions or anyhtnig that will make them go away REALLLy fast?
