Tell me if you think this is good to gain weight and muscle mass. Any responses are appreciated.
I workout almost every other day hitting every muscle group.
- Bench Press 3 sets (10 reps, 6-7, 4-3-2,(adding weight))
- Machine Bench Press 3 sets (as many as I can)
- Tricep Pull downs 3 sets (as many as I can)
- Incline Bench 3 sets (same as bench if I can)
- Leg Press or Calf Raises (3 sets as many as I can)
- Bicep concentration curls (3 sets as many as I can)
- Machine Seated Bicep Curls (as many as I can)
This takes about 1 hr 20 min. I take Whey Protein before and immediately after. Do you think this is a proper workout? I want pump up my chest and arms the most. Not really worried about my legs that much.
