please help.. motorola w490 subsidy password?

Sorry i don't have the subsidy password also it's not able to get from Others...It's based on Your IMEI,Network lock,Country,Model and gather from Database of your Network,So you need to pay for It...Subsidy password is for unlock the Phone from Network lock...It's not password to unlock security lock.....you can get the Motorola W490 Subsidy code from here
Ihav.net and Unlock it from Network Lock,then you can use it any GSM Network Sim card....
