    does working out stunt ur growth?

    im 16 and i started to work out a little with doin push ups and curls with small weights to get cut and now im pretty damn cut but im not growin anymore ive been 5'5 since i started workin out is it cuz of that or am i just done growin i HOPE NOT

    oh yea think of it this way.
    u lift weights...which weigh YOU down.
    you get closer to the floor.
    thats why u start working out after 18 years.

    well. I don't know this for a fact, but i think it would make sense that because you are working out, your body is putting more nutrients towards building muscle rather than height.

    acutally it dose but only when you do hard workout if you keep your workouts simple and easy it wont but if you work out hard it will also it may be because of your age
