School holidays are here and summer is also here, I want to start working out im 14 years old and here are the things im going to do; Jogging, Push ups, Crunches, Dumbbells (5KG), Heavy bag work, basketball towards the end for a cool down and I do karate. Problem is I need a order to do them in like a routine and I was thinking if someone could help me? and even give a little more advice. Thanks Alot.
