dot.com as soon as you become famous>? How do you apply to get back your name? Its been auctioned and bought and sold... all without your permission. What is the process to reclaim it? and how long does it take? What does it usually cost?
To those who arent aware, 'stealing' a domain name is not allowed. The auctions/sale for celebrity names could be found invalid by governing bodies (ICAHN??). Domain squatting is also disallowed. If you have no legitimate claim to a name and it can be proved that you got it in a way that infringed on another persons trademark or brand name, you WILL lose ownership of the domain.
My question is HOW DO YOU START THIS PROCESS.
