asking again-sprint cell phones?

for xmas i am allowed to get a new cell phone..finally!
the one i got it awful, the upstage, I DO NOT RECCOMEND IT!
i've had it for two years and cannot stand it anymore. i was looking at the cell phone called the rant by sprint. i''ve asked what you think of this beofre but the answer was pretty confusing...does anyone know if the rant is good or any other cell phones to get?
they have to be made by sprint!!!!

These are my phone choices if I had Sprint

The first 2 are Smart-Phones. Might have to pay extra for monthly data service.

The last 2 are also cool because of the full qwerty sliding keyboard.

The last one is a touch-srceen

My sister had rant and she loved it. She just changed to AT&T because the whole family has them. Just better service and able to call out from more places then the other services.
