can i prosecute a hater on the internet?

have my own youtube account, but i get really nasty comments realy bad ones and personal and also they tried to hack my account.

what can i do and what can YouTube do ?also can i prosecute them and if so, i does that work when the haters are on pcs and how do the illegal system find them?

because im tried of it please help



ps whats a ip address is that how police and the illegal sytem find haters is that how it works?

because this is getting me down


the reason why i ask this is because panacea81 got very nasty commetns on her vid and she said that she was gonig tp proscute them so i was wondering if i too could do that? because mine i out of control can she do that? or is she just scaring them?

just ignore them. its not worth the trouble
