to lower my Body Fat Percentage?

Monday- 8 pulls ups, 24 push ups, 40 sit ups, 40 squats, 1 min on the jump rope. do this for 5 circuits.

Tuesday- HIIT consisting of 30 seconds on the jumprope and 60 seconds at a jogging pace. 8 Intervals total.

Wednesday- same as monday

Thursday- same as tueday

Friday- same as monday

Saturday- same as tuesday
