    Message reading 'Verizon FiOS TV-Staring up. One Moment Please...' on screen for...

    ...long time. How do I fix this? I recently had Verizon FiOS installed, and a message saying 'Verizon FiOS TV Starting up...One Moment Please.' has been on the screen for about 10 hours. What do I do to fix this?

    Sorry, I meant to put 'Starting up'.

    I had this happen after I was prompted to do a "Reset" then "Reboot," very frustrating.

    1. Make sure coaxial cable connections are secure on both wall and your cable box.
    2. I know this sounds weird but verizon tells you to "unplug your internet router for 15 seconds, plug back in and wait 30 seconds." This worked immediately for me. Good luck.
