fish for christmas gift!?

i have twin brothers and im gonna buy them each a fish for christmas. I was planning on just getting a small bowl with some rocks and a fake plant, and 2 small fish. what kind of fish should i get? and what do i need to know to take care of the fish? the fish can be different, but they have to be able to love together.. i dont want 2 bowls

gold fish can live in a bowl,they just need to have their water changed regularly or put a pump and filter in a tank.

NOT a good idea! If your going to get them fish and just leave them in a bowl, get something else. Fish will die and be lonely and stupid if they live in a bowl without a filter, heater, and cleaner. Fish shouldn't be treated as a toy and be put in a bowl just because there small. If your going to get fish, treat it like you would a cat or dog

a toy fish just get them some hot wheels those things are fun and cheap a fish can NOT live in a bowl
