Can Someone Give Me A Good Workout plan for Bigger Biceps? and abs?

Im 5'10 about 145 pounds, I know that sounds skinny, but Im truly out of shape. I have recently started doing chinups every night, i do as many as I can in a row, which is only about 7 or 8. But I do as many sets as I can. And I also, do about 50 push ups every night, and 50 crunches, Im trying to get in shape by beach season.. So I figured the sooner the better, any advice helps.
